excites you… You aren't looking for a Monday thru Friday job where you are at a computer all day… We are busy always (especially on the weekends), making it easy for our customers to feel welcomed and inspired Daily Responsibilities include: Providing friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services while keeping the loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard. Ensuring that all physical shopping tools, including carts, pencils, yellow bags, maps, and twine, are adequately stocked and maintained throughout the store during business hours. Addressing customer needs, resolve issues independently, escalate matters to a manager when needed. Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

Preferred Experience:

Previous Customer Service experience preferred
