A Store Lead leads team of retail store sales associates and assists with management of store operations. Trains sales associates and organizes staff schedules and assignments. Resolves customer complaints. Oversees store merchandise inventory and displays, and monitors sales performance.

We serve smoothies, bowls, fresh juices, coffee, wraps, salads, toast, and other healthy food options. We are currently looking for a few reliable, hardworking Team Leaders to join our Doylestown team. Job Description Our store can get very busy , so we are looking for individuals who work well in a fast-paced environment, have strong customer service and communication skills, and are comfortable multitasking. As a Team Leader, you will help keep the store running smoothly throughout your shift. We are looking for people who take initiative, work well with others, and are willing to step in wherever help is needed. Responsibilities Prepare smoothies, bowls, juices, coffee, and food items according to JuicePod recipes Provide friendly and efficient customer service Help lead the team and keep the shift organized Work quickly and accurately during busy rushes Prepare food and assist with kitchen responsibilities Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift Maintain clean and organized workstations Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment Sweep and mop floors Take out trash Clean counters, equipment, bathrooms, and other areas of the store Complete all required opening and/or closing duties Follow food safety, sanitation, and store procedures Help ensure the store is clean, stocked, and prepared for the next shift Qualifications & Availability Requirements Previous restaurant, café, kitchen, or food-service experience is preferred Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and social skills Dependable, punctual, and responsible Able to multitask and take initiative Positive attitude and strong work ethic Must be comfortable completing all cleaning responsibilities, including dishes, trash, sweeping, and mopping Must have availability to either open or close the store Must be available to work at least
TWO WEEKENDS
