We are a family owned GMC dealer nestled in the outskirts of Pittsburgh, a great market location. Overview We are seeking a salesperson with recent auto sales experience that is ready to be part of a small, successful team selling great product! Signing bonus available if you're the right candidate! Duties Engage with customers both in-person and via outbound calls to understand their automotive needs and preferences Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options to prospective buyers Manage and nurture a sales pipeline through effective follow-up and client communication Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutual satisfaction while closing sales efficiently Build strong customer relationships through excellent service, active listening, and personalized attention Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software and support inventory management processes Experience Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities Organizational skills to create and manage sales pipeline and inventory control efficiently Experience with CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management software) and outbound sales strategies is advantageous Reach out today so we can discuss the next steps in turbo-charging your career!
