RETAIL SALES & RECEIVING SPECIALIST

Perks & Benefits Family-owned and operated since 1954 Non-traditional retail and food service hours - Closed evenings and Sundays Scheduling flexibility for work/life balance 20% discount at all Kitchen Kettle Foods and Burnley Enterprise shops Employee fun days Learning and development opportunities What You'll Do Receive, tag, process, and distribute merchandise Enter and maintain accurate inventory information Move merchandise between stores and off-site locations Assist with inventory counts and product transfers Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to guests Help guests find products and make recommendations Restock and maintain organized, attractive displays Work closely with both the inventory and retail teams Drive company vehicles, golf carts, and use hand trucks as needed What You Bring Strong organization and attention to detail Friendly, guest-focused communication skills Comfortable working with inventory systems and basic technology Ability to learn product information and make recommendations to guests Reliable, punctual, and accountable Ability to prioritize and shift between tasks as business needs change Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Willingness to take initiative and learn new responsibilities Ability to safely move, handle, and transport merchandise Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles as needed Holidays, Saturdays, and peak season availability required. During winter and spring, you'll spend more time supporting our Central Receiving team, receiving and tagging merchandise, entering inventory into our system, preparing transfers, and delivering products to our eight stores. During summer and fall, you'll spend more time on the sales floor, helping guests, learning our products, supporting sales goals, restocking merchandise, and keeping the store organized and inviting.
