People who come to a medical center are often nervous, in a hurry, or not feeling well. As our Greeter, you set the tone for their whole visit. A warm hello, clear directions, and a little patience can turn a stressful day into an easier one. Propark Mobility is hiring a full-time Greeter for a medical parking garage in Pittsburgh. This role is for someone who loves people, stays calm under pressure, and wants to make a real difference in someone's day. What you'll do: Welcome every patient, visitor, and staff member with a friendly greeting and a smile Help guests find parking, the right entrance, and their appointment location Notice when someone needs extra help, such as an elderly visitor, a guest with mobility needs, or someone who is upset, and respond with patience and care Stay calm and kind with stressed or frustrated guests, and resolve issues professionally Respect patient privacy and handle every interaction with discretion Issue tickets and record the required information on each one Process exception transactions (lost tickets, grace-period tickets, etc.) according to company policy, including completing the required forms Complete daily shift paperwork: transactions by parking rate, vehicles in and out, contract parkers, vehicles left in the facility, and validated and exception tickets Follow the company's service standards with every guest: wear the required uniform, use the company greeting, answer questions, resolve issues, and thank each guest when they leave Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks using the location's checklists, when asked Support special projects and other duties as assigned by location management You'll thrive here if you: Are naturally warm and welcoming, and enjoy making people feel comfortable Have strong emotional intelligence: you can read a situation and adjust how you respond Stay patient and calm, even when guests are stressed or emotional Take pride in creating a positive experience for every person you meet Want your work to have a real impact on people's day What's in it for you? Physical Demands:
