Responsibilities Engage with customers in retail store settings to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services Build lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain knowledge of pricing strategies, promotions, and product features to inform customer interactions Handle heavy lifting and safe lifting practices when merchandising or restocking items on the sales floor Follow DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations when involved in route driving or transportation-related activities Organize and manage merchandise displays, ensuring proper signage and attractive presentation to boost sales Communicate clearly with clients regarding product details, pricing, and delivery options Assist with automobile transportation logistics, including commercial truck driving when necessary Demonstrate organizational skills by managing multiple customer interactions efficiently during busy hours Skills Strong understanding of pricing strategies and upselling techniques to increase revenue Experience in retail store environments with excellent customer service skills Knowledge of commercial driving, route planning, and automobile transportation regulations Basic math skills for handling transactions, calculating discounts, and managing inventory levels Ability to build rapport with clients through effective communication and relationship management Familiarity with DOT regulations relevant to commercial truck driving and transportation safety standards Physical ability for heavy lifting tasks following safe lifting practices in merchandising or stock replenishment Organizational skills for managing multiple routes, client appointments, or store displays simultaneously Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Experience in merchandising, client communication, and retail sales environments Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your sales talent can shine!
