In this role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes customers, provides expert guidance on our products and services, and ensures a seamless shopping experience. We are direct wholesaler and distributor of hardscape stone paver products. Your enthusiasm for B2B sales combined with your strong customer service skills will drive sales growth and foster lasting relationships with our clients. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in retail. This position requires a lot of cold calls, booking appointment and organizing and scheduling customer visits. Responsibilities Call customers warmly and book appointments to go and visit them whether on site or their office Provide detailed information about retail products and store promotions Perform basic math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and financial transactions with precision Enter customer data into retail software systems efficiently and accurately Support collections activities by verifying information and following up with clients as needed Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor, ensuring all displays are well-stocked and visually appealing Experience Previous inside or outside sales experience preferred, especially within stone or hardscape industry Strong data entry skills with proficiency in 10 key typing and basic math calculations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally especially phone and cold call experience+ willingness to perform Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while advancing your career in retail sales and financial services!
