Freshstart is hiring part-time crew members based out of our Coventry shop to assist with heavy boiler removals, residential/commercial demolition, and property cleanouts. If you take pride in showing up on time, working hard, and want straightforward pay without games, this is the spot for you. Compensation & Schedule Highlights Guaranteed $100

Daily Base:

Show up and complete your shift, and you earn at least $100—even if the job wraps up early in 2 or 3 hours. $20/

Hour Overtime Rate:

Any shift that runs past 5 hours pays $20/hr for every extra hour worked.

Flexible Part-Time Schedule:

Great for balancing school, athletic training, or other commitments. Shifts report directly to our Coventry shop in the morning. Non-Negotiable Requirements Reliable Transportation (MUST HAVE): You must have your own reliable personal vehicle or dedicated ride to report to our shop in Coventry, RI on time for every scheduled shift. (Public transit or relying on ridesharing/Uber is not compatible with our morning start times).

Physical Fitness & Stamina:

Ability to handle demanding manual labor (sledgehammer work, basement stair carries, heavy hauling, lifting 75+ lbs repeatedly).

Reliability & Punctuality:

You show up on time, every single time you are on the schedule.

Good Work Ethic:

Ability to work efficiently as part of a tight-knit crew. Experience (Plus, not required): Background in demolition, construction, junk removal, HVAC helper work, or athletic training/wrestling/grappling.

Key Responsibilities Boiler & Heating System Removal:

Break down, cut up, and haul out heavy cast-iron boilers, water heaters, and piping out of basements and tight spaces.

Light Demolition & Property Cleanouts:

Demo interior structures, clear unwanted debris, and load scrap metal and equipment into trucks/trailers.

Heavy Lifting & Hauling:

Safely handle 75+ lbs repeatedly and navigate basement stair carries with heavy materials.

Job Site & Tool Care:

Work safely, clean job sites thoroughly, and maintain tools and equipment properly.
