Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Handle cash and credit transactions with precision and integrity. Maintain an organized checkout area and ensure it is well-stocked with necessary supplies. Assist in restocking shelves and managing inventory as needed. Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and sales. Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies to customers. Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Uphold company standards for cleanliness and organization throughout the store. Skills Strong retail sales experience with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling. Familiarity with stock management and inventory control processes. Experience with cash handling procedures, including balancing registers at the end of shifts. Ability to conduct engaging product demos that encourage sales. Comfortable using POS systems for transaction processing. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries over the phone when necessary. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
