SELECT Dining is seeking individuals who have a passion for people and constant learning. Responsibilities Able to create a deep knowledge base of our wine, coffee, and spirits selections . Able to close sales opportunities while ensuring the guests are thoroughly satisfied throughout the entire experience. Exceptional customer service by accurately answering inquiries, resolving potential issues, and keeping the guest in first place, where they belong, because they pay for everything in our lives. This industry seems to forget that. Anticipating a customer's needs and wants by building common ground. No one knows what they don't know; give them an unforgettable experience by opening their eyes to new worlds of recommendations. Not being afraid to offer something. If you know they'll love it, don't hesitate to present it. Creating memorable experiences that make customers want to keep coming back. Showing up every day neat, clean, with a good attitude, ready to work, and ready to connect with every table that enters your section. Keeping our sales requirements because these numbers are here to show that you are making offerings and connecting with your customers. It ensures the guests are happy, and both you and the business are making better money.
