We specialize in bathroom, kitchen and tile remodeling and are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, have an eye for design and want the opportunity to build a career in the remodeling and design industry. Previous Bath, Kitchen Tile, or Design experience is a plus - But is not required. We are willing to train the right individuals. We can teach design! In this role, you will be a point of contact for customers exploring high-end bathroom, kitchen, and tile solutions. Your expertise in design, renovation, and construction will help clients visualize their dream spaces while guiding them through the sales process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine creative design skills with proactive sales techniques, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Duties Working one on one with homeowners to understand their remodeling needs. Assisting clients with bathroom, kitchen, and tile selections. Help coordinate colors, materials, fixtures and finishes Providing knowledgeable, friendly and professional customer service Ordering, organizing and follow up on all projects, meeting schedule deadlines Using computers and learning our design and business software Assist customers with inside sales activities, including upselling premium products and closing deals effectively. Manage customer relationships through CRM systems, ensuring personalized service and follow-up on inquiries. Support merchandising efforts by stocking displays, organizing samples, and maintaining an attractive and clean showroom environment. Collaborate with contractors and vendors during remodeling projects to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of current industry trends in renovation, remodeling, fixture sales, and construction materials to provide expert guidance. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products confidently while closing sales effectively. Knowledge of renovation processes, remodeling techniques, construction experience, and fixture maintenance. Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively. Strong communication skills for client consultation, product demos, and team collaboration. Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for measuring spaces accurately and calculating costs or quantities needed.
