Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist in providing great customer care. Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer needs and wants . Operate Cash Register efficiently for transactions including cash handling and retail math calculations. Maintain organized stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and managing inventory. Offer exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Support store operations through cashiering duties, including processing sales accurately and handling returns or exchanges. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and inviting for all visitors. Qualifications Passion for great customer service is highly preferred. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers. Prior experience with retail sales or cashiering is advantageous but not required; training will be provided. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for stocking and merchandising tasks. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed during stocking or setup activities. Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math to handle transactions confidently.
