Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate and become the friendly face that helps customers find exactly what they need! In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while actively engaging in retail sales, cash handling, and product knowledge. Responsibilities Greet customers and assist them with product selection, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism Process transactions accurately using Point-of-Sale software, and schedule deliveries to customers' homes Maintain knowledge of retail products, to effectively inform customers Maintain the sales floor and appliances, including cleaning, organizing, stocking, and maintaining price tags Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor Grounds work such as snow clearing or mowing may be expected depending on seasonal needs Occasionally the candidate may need to assist with deliveries or other duties outside the sales floor Requirements Prior experience in retail sales is not essential; desire to match customers to the best product for them is Basic math skills for invoice calculation Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced setting Must be dependable with excellent attention to detail, especially when managing cash drawer handling and customer information accurately Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while building your skills in retail sales and customer engagement.
