What You'll Do Welcome and assist customers with a warm, personalized shopping experience. Build customer relationships through styling advice and product knowledge. Drive sales through genuine customer engagement. Operate the POS system and accurately process transactions. Receive, stock, steam, and merchandise new arrivals. Help maintain an organized, beautiful sales floor. Assist with inventory and store organization. Keep customers informed about promotions and new arrivals. Social Media & Marketing (Part of This Role) One of the things that makes Rust & Ruffles unique is how we connect with customers online. You'll also help: Model new arrivals for photos and videos. Assist with creating social media content including Reels, photos, and videos. Help showcase new merchandise through Facebook and Instagram. Share styling ideas and outfit inspiration. Work alongside our team to keep our social media fresh, engaging, and fun. You do not need to be a professional content creator, but you should be comfortable using social media and willing to learn.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

18 years of age or older Available to work at least two Saturdays per month (required) Friendly, outgoing, and dependable Passionate about fashion and helping others Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable using a computer and learning new technology Familiar with Facebook and Instagram Willing to appear in photos or videos for social media (preferred) Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Experience High school diploma or GED Retail experience preferred but not required Boutique retail experience is a plus Compensation Pay is based on experience.
