In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for retail sales transactions and cash register operations Handle cash handling, cash drawer management, and retail math with accuracy Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure proper merchandising standards are maintained. Keep the shop clean, neat and organized Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and maintaining professional phone etiquette Requirements Previous retail sales experience or familiarity with retail environments preferred Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are a plus Knowledge of, cash register operations, and retail math principles Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and responsibly Supervising experience is advantageous but not required; leadership qualities are valued Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Basic math skills for retail transactions and stock management tasks Knowledge of retail store product knowledge and inventory stocking procedures Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding communication solutions while growing your career in a supportive environment!
