Position Overview As a Car Wash Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional facility. Responsibilities Prepare vehicles before they enter the wash tunnel. Ensure the lot is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Keep clean towels stocked and available for customer use. Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area. Assist customers with membership account questions and issues. Help customers purchase car wash and detailing products. Provide friendly, professional customer service. Follow company safety procedures and operational standards. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure daily success.

Schedule Operating Hours:
