ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Associate , you're the first smiling face our members see and the one they'll remember when they tell their friends about their first Pilates class. You'll drive the studio's success by connecting with new prospects, answering all their questions about Pilates & the studio, and helping them become lifelong members. If you're a natural connector, love helping others meet their goals, and are excited about fitness (even if you're new to Pilates)—you'll thrive here.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Be the expert: Learn our Sales process and confidently talk about our classes, membership options, and the long-term benefits of Pilates.

Own the sales process:

From lead follow-up to booking Intros to closing, you'll guide prospects from "curious" to "committed." Build relationships: Give engaging studio tours and make new visitors feel welcome, seen, and supported.

Promote wellness:

Present all of our training options available and celebrate the many milestones and accomplishments our members will achieve.

Support studio events:

Represent Club Pilates at community events, health fairs, and open houses.

Stay goal-focused:

Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas while always keeping member needs top of mind.

Be part of a team:

Help create a fun, positive, and professional studio environment every day.
