) About the Role T1 is bringing Worlds to Allen, Texas! We need a hands-on, high-energy Temporary Pop-Up & Operations Assistant to handle floor flow, customer engagement, merchandising, physical setup/teardown, and inventory hauling. If you love esports/T1, love community spaces, and aren't afraid of physical event operations, let's talk. Location Preference Local candidates in the Allen / Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Key Responsibilities Execute daily pop-up floor operations, merch display upkeep, and quick restocks. Handle physical setup, staging, and end-of-run breakdown/tear-down of fixtures, displays, and event materials. Transport, load, unload, and manage stock boxes/merch displays safely (lifting up to 25+ lbs consistently). Manage fan lines, crowd flow, and POS/checkout support using mobile/tablet payment systems. Deliver high-tier on-brand customer service and represent T1. Cafe /

Barista Support:

Prepare and serve themed drinks and refreshments to fans (experienced baristas and enthusiastic beginners alike—roles will match your skill set!). What We're Looking For Experience in

Retail:

Demonstrated background working in retail environments.

Stamina:

Ability to stand, move, and work active floor shifts for 8+ hours. Shift Flexibility /

Weekend & Peak Hours:

Available to work high-traffic weekends, peak event rushes, and match-day schedules. Barista /

Cafe Interest:

Willingness to support cafe operations (barista experience a plus, completely unexperienced welcomed as non-barista rotational roles are available!). POS /

Cash Handling Experience:

Comfortable operating mobile/tablet POS systems and handling basic checkout/transactions. Reliability /

Attendance Commitment:

100% punctuality and dedication across the full multi-week run without attendance gaps.

Physical Capability:

Able to lift/carry 25+ lbs safely and assist with heavy pop-up teardown, load-ins, and load-outs. Transportation (Texas Locals): Reliable transportation or valid driver's license for candidates located in Texas.

Organized:

Detail-oriented, tracks stock/inventory counts cleanly, and maintains a tidy, safe retail/event floor.

Motivated:

Self-starter ready to jump into physical labor or guest-facing tasks without waiting for step-by-step hand-holding.

Culture Fit:

Genuine enthusiasm for esports, gaming culture, and the T1 brand.

Availability:

100% on-site commitment in Allen, TX (Oct 19 - Nov 12, 2026).
