Job Summary Join our dynamic retail team as a Full-time Retail Staff member, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create a welcoming shopping experience for customers. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our store, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales transactions, and ensuring the store remains well-stocked and organized. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will help drive sales and foster customer loyalty. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions and cash register operations Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting inventory checks Handle cash drawer with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and maintaining store cleanliness Assist with supervising team members when needed, contributing to a collaborative work environment Skills Proven experience with POS systems and retail sales transactions Supervising experience in a retail or grocery store setting is highly desirable Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customers effectively Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and balancing cash drawers Knowledge of retail store product details, merchandising techniques, and grocery store operations Experience conducting product demos and upselling to maximize sales opportunities Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette approach Familiarity with stock management, inventory procedures, and cashiering processes Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while advancing your retail expertise.
