  • Employee Discount Sales Associate - Job Description The Sales Associate is responsible for creating and maintaining an elevated, welcoming, and organized shopping environment for our clientele.
This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving customer loyalty, and supporting overall store performance through strong product knowledge, operational precision, and a polished luxury‑retail presence. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to-Added Client Experience & Relationship Building Provide a warm, personalized, and memorable luxury experience from initial greeting through post‑purchase follow‑up. Develop long‑term relationships by understanding clients' preferences, lifestyles, and purchasing history. Create meaningful connections that encourage repeat visits and brand engagement. Achieve daily and weekly individual sales targets and KPIs as defined by store leadership. Maintain and develop the store Client Book, supporting relationship‑building and aftercare through daily outreach. Operations, Compliance & Store Excellence Replenish products on the sales floor according to company procedures while upholding visual merchandising standards. Support merchandising and inventory activities, ensuring the sales floor is neat, organized, clean, and fully stocked. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Adhere to all sales‑related policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Assist with unpacking, hanging/folding merchandise, stock checks, and applying security tags when necessary. Brand Representation & Product Expertise Uphold store readiness and maintain Front of the house/Back of the house excellence. Serve as a brand expert, inspiring the team with deep product knowledge and passion for the brand's heritage. Maintain expert knowledge of all product categories (women's and men's ready-to-wear, children, accessories, handbags, and footwear.) Conduct daily virtual fitting room pitches (per leadership directive) Continues ongoing education and product knowledge training; attends Train-the-Trainer sessions to further develop expertise. Communications & Partnership Communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Listen actively and respond with understanding while maintaining the brand's service standards. Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional work environment through respectful communication and mutual support. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless client experiences and efficient daily operations. Share product knowledge, client insights, and best practices to support overall team performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in luxury, premium, or fashion retail. Proven ability to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client experience. Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to connect authentically with clients. Excellent product‑presentation, styling, and storytelling abilities. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to luxury boutique standards. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform calmly in a fast‑paced environment. Strong POS accuracy and comfort with handling transactions. Professional, polished presentation aligned with brand standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
