Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting with their shipping, mailing, printing, and retail product inquiries Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, balancing the cash drawer, and processing payments with precision Promote store products through upselling and product demos to maximize sales opportunities Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained Assist with inventory management by stocking supplies and conducting stock checks regularly Maintain professional phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing support to customers over the phone Support store supervision by supervising team members during shifts when needed and ensuring excellent customer experiences Experience Previous retail sales or grocery store experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Supervising experience is a plus for candidates interested in leadership opportunities Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math enhances your effectiveness in this role Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases Experience with merchandising, product demos, or upselling techniques will help you excel in driving sales Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for balancing cash drawers and processing transactions confidently Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels our success!
