The Store Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail location, ensuring the store operates efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, the Store Lead provides day-to-day leadership to store associates, maintains operational excellence, and delivers a positive customer experience. The Store Lead executes company directives, maintains store standards, and supports team performance under the guidance of the Regional Manager.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities Store Operations Ensure the store opens and closes on time and according to company procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for customers and employees. Conduct daily store walkthroughs to ensure operational standards are met. Monitor inventory presentation and merchandising standards as directed by management. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements. Complete operational checklists, reports, and administrative tasks as assigned. Team Leadership Provide day-to-day supervision and support for store associates. Coordinate staff schedules and coverage as directed by the Regional Manager. Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company standards. Train and coach team members on customer service expectations and operational procedures. Communicate company initiatives, policies, and directives to store staff. Escalate performance concerns and personnel issues to the Regional Manager. Customer Service Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and professional service. Support associates in resolving customer questions and concerns. Address customer complaints and work toward satisfactory resolutions whenever possible. Escalate unresolved customer issues or significant complaints to the Regional Manager for further review and action. Promote a positive customer experience throughout the store. Communication & Compliance Serve as the primary on-site operational leader in the absence of the Regional Manager. Communicate operational challenges, staffing concerns, customer issues, and facility needs to the Regional Manager. Implement operational directives and initiatives provided by the Regional Manager. Ensure all company policies and procedures are consistently followed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous retail, warehouse, or customer service leadership experience preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to lead and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment. Ability to resolve routine customer concerns professionally and effectively. Proficiency with basic computer systems and retail operations tools. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical store duties as required.
