What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service and product education. Keep the shop environment pristine and welcoming. Help us grow by managing social media posts and organizing local events.

Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement:

Educate clients on organic wellness products and provide exceptional service.

Store Operations:

Manage POS transactions, maintain shop cleanliness/sanitation, and handle inventory stocking.

Marketing & Outreach:

Create and post engaging social media content and assist in organizing community events.

General Support:

Proactively assist with daily shop needs and community outreach initiatives. Qualifications Strong interest in wellness, skin care or general holistic lifestyle Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. Certifications as a Herbalist or Wellness Coach are a significant plus. This is an ideal role for students currently pursuing a related field of study. Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment Must be willing to initiate tasks, work independently with minimal supervision and perform duties without direction Excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalities Must have outstanding customer service and problem solving skills Must have a friendly and professional phone and email etiquette Must have reliable transportation
