Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are presented in an appealing manner and that inventory levels are maintained effectively. You will work closely with the Ft Bliss Ira Green Mentor to assist with stocking of all facilities on Ft Bliss. Build relationships with managers to ensure the needs of our Exchange stores are met or exceeded on Ft Bliss. Ideal for a Military Spouse looking for a few hours a week (10-15), up to 30 hours during "Fill in and Peak" times. Responsibilities Communicate effectively with store personnel to understand their needs and provide support. Become familiar with Brigade QM Tactical products, Bear Forces of America plush, and Challenge Coin coins. Keep the sales floor stocked and clean, and the back stock organized. Qualifications Previous experience in retail merchandising or a related field is preferred, but not required. Experience with resetting retail display or store layout is advantageous. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A passion for supporting military service members, promoting sales and a proactive approach to engaging customers is desired. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
