Duties Prepare and serve a variety of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings with precision and care Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Assist customers in selecting products, upselling additional toppings or items to enhance their experience Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing equipment, counters, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Manage cash register operations including processing cash transactions, handling cash safely, and balancing registers at shift end Monitor inventory levels of frozen yogurt flavors, toppings, cups, and utensils; restock supplies as needed Operate kitchen equipment safely for food preparation tasks while adhering to sanitation protocols Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Follow all food handling procedures to uphold food safety management practices Support team members during busy periods by assisting with food preparation or customer orders as required Experience Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience in food handling, cashiering, or retail sales transactions enhances your ability to succeed in this role Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and kitchen equipment operation is beneficial Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Previous work in food industry settings like cafes or grocery stores will support your success in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety Join us to bring smiles to our customers' faces while developing your skills in a lively, supportive environment!
