Job Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable & good vibes Budtender/Bartender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, educating clients about our cannabis products,& selling without being pushy. Your expertise will help customers make informed decisions while ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in our dispensary. Duties Assist customers in selecting cannabis products that meet their needs and preferences. Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on the various strains, edibles, and concentrates available. Maintain an organized display of products, ensuring shelves are stocked and well-presented. Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register while adhering to retail math principles. Answer customer inquiries regarding product information, usage, and effects. Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products. Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience for all customers. Experience Previous 3+ years of experience in customer service or retail is requires 2+ year experience in Sales Familiarity with cannabis products is a must Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory effectively.
