You'll receive hands-on experience, training, and support while developing valuable communication and customer service skills.

AT&T Team Member Daily Activities and Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and create friendly, engaging sales interactions. Represent AT&T and our clients professionally in a retail sales environment. Learn about AT&T products and services and explain them clearly to customers. Listen to customer needs and provide helpful product information. Build positive customer relationships through strong communication and service. Support sales and customer experience goals as an AT&T Team Member. Participate in team meetings, training, and professional sales development. Work with other sales team members to create a consistent and positive customer experience. Develop your communication, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Contribute to individual and team sales goals.

AT&T Team Member Skills and Ideal Qualifications:

Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn. Comfortable starting conversations and building rapport with customers. Professional and confident when representing a brand. Motivated by personal growth and team success. Interest in sales, retail, marketing, customer service, or customer experience. Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or another people-focused role is a plus.
