Job Description
Retail Sales Associate Overview:
Tilt Liquor is looking for motivated individuals to add to an already stellar team. The right candidate that is ready to greet and help customers to find the best products for special occasions.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Utilize effective communication skills to promote products, upsell additional items, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions accurately, and maintain a tidy and organized sales floor.
- Provide support in inventory management, restocking shelves, and ensuring merchandise displays are visually appealing.
- Stay updated on current trends in technology sales, electronics, and other relevant product categories.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a retail setting, preferably in grocery stores or electronics sales.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Experience with cash register operations and basic knowledge of phone etiquette.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous. To be able to be part of our team, you must:

- Knowledge of basic POS System
