Part-Time Sales Associate - Tanning & Wellness Salon $11/hr base + commissions & performance bonuses (most earn $16-$18/hr) Bronze Touch Tanning Salon has proudly served clients at our Wichita Falls location for over 20 years and has recently expanded with a new location in Haslet . We are known for our loyal clientele, professional standards, and results-driven approach. We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and sales-oriented team member to help grow our Haslet location. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working with people, values consistency, and understands that success comes from following proven systems. Position Overview This is a customer-facing, sales-focused role. Team members are expected to follow established policies, represent the brand professionally, and contribute to a positive, structured work environment. Key Responsibilities Educate clients on tanning, wellness, and skincare services Sell memberships, packages, and retail products ethically and accurately Answer phones and book appointments using salon software Check clients in and out with attention to detail Maintain cleanliness and complete closing duties Follow all pricing, upgrade, and discount policies consistently What We're Looking For Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys sales Dependable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working within clear policies and procedures Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Coachable and open to feedback Seeking long-term employment (not seasonal)

Schedule & Expectations Part-time:
