Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and motivated Communications Representative to support customer outreach, promotional communication, and relationship-building initiatives. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, communicating information clearly, and developing valuable customer service and professional skills. Responsibilities Engage with customers and prospective customers during outreach activities. Communicate product and service information clearly and professionally. Answer customer questions and provide helpful information. Identify customer needs and help recommend appropriate solutions. Participate in community outreach and promotional events. Assist with lead generation and customer acquisition activities. Support customer follow-ups and relationship-building efforts. Help prepare and organize promotional and communication materials. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outreach activities. Communicate customer feedback to appropriate team members. Represent the company professionally during customer interactions. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily business goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Strong relationship-building abilities. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Good organizational and time management skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous communications, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
