Lead Hairstylist | Color, Natural Hair & Cutting The Hair Lounge — Killeen, TX Ready for a chair where your talent is seen and your leadership matters? The Hair Lounge is growing, and we're looking for an experienced stylist who can create beautiful hair and help raise the standard on our salon floor. We're a multicultural salon known for healthy hair, a welcoming client experience, and a team that keeps learning. This is a hands-on lead role. You'll have your own clients while helping newer stylists grow in confidence and skill. You'd be a great fit if you:

• Are confident with color services, natural hair, and modern cuts
• Can consult with clients, recommend the right services, and deliver consistent results
• Enjoy mentoring others and leading by example
• Care about healthy hair, great photos of your work, rebooking, and the little details that bring clients back

The Hair Lounge Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday; specific hours discussed during the interview.

Compensation:
