Duties Greet customers warmly, identify their footwear needs, and provide personalized product recommendations Conduct product demos to highlight features and benefits of different shoe styles and brands Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling Upsell additional products such as socks, insoles, or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume Maintain well-stocked shelves by stocking shoes and related merchandise efficiently and accurately Perform merchandising tasks to ensure attractive displays that promote featured products and seasonal collections Handle retail store product knowledge confidently, including sizing, fit, comfort features, and current trends Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
