This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings. Responsibilities:

Manage BDC team members Develop and implement a solid follow-up process and document success rate. Capable of balancing phone and web-based traffic while maintaining excellent customer service. Managing assignment of leads to the appropriate team members to optimize results Training team members on phone & internet communications & sales skills. Write routine reports and correspondence; calculate figures and amounts such as commissions and percentages. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

What You'll Bring Self-motivated professional with a demonstrated track record of successful team leadership and people management High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Must have minimum two (2) + years' experience as an automotive internet/BDC manager. We prefer familiarity with Microsoft Word, general computer systems, and efficient data entry practices. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
