AT&T Wireless Associate Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in both English and Spanish with sales questions regarding AT&T wireless products and services Guide customers through wireless plan selections, device upgrades, and new account activations Clearly explain product features, sales pricing, promotions, and service options Recommend customized wireless solutions based on each customer's needs, lifestyle, and budget Deliver outstanding customer service and support throughout every interaction Help with account maintenance, service updates, and customer inquiries Maintain accurate customer information and sales documentation Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals Represent AT&T products and services with professionalism, energy, and integrity

AT&T Wireless Associate Qualifications:

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow Comfortable working directly with customers in a fast-paced environment Goal-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving abilities Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred but not required High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
