Grocery Services North specializes in providing high-quality service to Special Supplemental Nutrition Programs for Women, Infants, and Children ("WIC") in Texas. Our mission is to offer nutritious and affordable food options while delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Store Clerk to join our team. The Store Clerk will assist customers, maintain the store's cleanliness, and ensure products are well-stocked and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner. Process transactions accurately using the store's point-of-sale system. Receive deliveries, organize and stock shelves while keeping the store clean and organized for easy restocking of inventory. Work with management to ensure accurate records of receipts and inventory audits. Follow company and WIC policies and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must demonstrate reliability and commitment to consistent attendance and punctuality. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay:
From $12.00 per hour
