We're looking for someone who can jump in and start selling with minimal supervision, provide exceptional customer service, and help support our team wherever needed. Sales and customer service will be the primary focus , but because we are a small boutique, this is a hands-on role where flexibility and teamwork are important. Responsibilities Provide warm, professional, and personalized customer service Confidently engage customers, recommend merchandise, and close sales Build customer relationships and create an exceptional shopping experience Work independently on the sales floor with minimal supervision Maintain a polished, organized, and inviting sales floor Assist with merchandising, displays, restocking, and inventory Support management with occasional office and administrative tasks Assist with social media content and store projects as needed Help with additional shifts and staffing coverage when available Be willing to wear multiple hats and support the team as business needs change What We're Looking For Strong sales and customer service skills Friendly, outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching customers Professional and polished appearance and demeanor Dependable, punctual, and responsible Self-motivated and able to take initiative Flexible and team-oriented Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with technology and social media Quick learner with an interest in fashion, apparel, footwear, and accessories Willingness to learn our merchandise and brands Previous retail or sales experience preferred Availability This is a part-time seasonal position averaging approximately 10-12 hours per week. Weekend availability and availability throughout the holiday season are required. Candidates should also have some flexibility to pick up additional shifts or help with coverage as needed. Additional hours may be available based on business needs. For the right person, there may be an opportunity to continue with Orisons after the holiday season based on performance and business needs. Physical Requirements This is an active retail position.
