Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming shopping experience Conduct product demos to showcase bridal gowns, accessories, and related merchandise effectively Provide expert styling advice tailored to each bride's unique preferences and body type Upsell complementary products such as veils, jewelry, shoes, and other accessories to enhance the bridal look Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and participating in product inventory counts Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or scheduling appointments Educate clients on dress care, alterations, and fitting processes to ensure satisfaction Qualifications Previous retail sales experience, preferably Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are highly valued Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for transactions and inventory management Experience with product demos, merchandising, stocking, and upselling techniques Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility during peak wedding seasons or weekends Sewing knowledge is a plus Social media knowledge is a plus Embark on a fulfilling journey helping brides find their perfect dress while honing your sales expertise in a lively retail setting.
