Shammy's Car Wash is looking for high-energy, competitive, customer-focused individuals to join our Davis team as Customer Sales Associates. This is more than a traditional customer-service position. Our CSAs are responsible for creating an excellent customer experience while actively driving Unlimited Wash Club membership sales. This position is performance-based. Your performance matters. Your customer engagement matters. Your sales numbers matter. Your attendance matters. Your effort matters. Your ability to accept coaching and improve matters. We are looking for people who want to perform, compete, improve, earn commission, and be recognized for producing results. Your primary responsibility is YOUR performance and YOUR customers. What You'll Do Greet and actively approach customers Create friendly, energetic customer interactions Explain wash packages and Unlimited Wash Club memberships Identify what the customer needs and recommend the appropriate option Confidently ask for the membership sale Learn how to overcome common customer objections Consistently work toward daily, weekly, and monthly membership goals Maintain strong personal conversion performance Scan your employee badge correctly for sales tracking Assist customers at the pay stations Answer membership and wash-related questions Provide professional and respectful customer service Maintain a clean and professional work area Stay engaged and productive throughout the entire shift Accept coaching from management and Sales Leads and apply it immediately Follow all company policies involving phones, attendance, uniforms, safety, customer interaction, and professionalism

SALES & PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

Our Davis location operates with a 15%+ membership conversion expectation weekly and monthly. As a CSA, you are expected to actively work toward maintaining 15% or higher personal conversion. We understand that every customer will not purchase a membership. What we DO expect is measurable effort: Approaching customers. Starting conversations. Explaining value. Asking for the sale. Handling objections. Using the training and resources available to you. Applying coaching. Continuing to improve. Simply being present for your shift is not enough to be successful in this role. Employees who consistently fall below performance expectations will receive coaching and opportunities to improve. Continued failure to demonstrate the required performance, effort, reliability, or policy compliance may result in additional corrective action. Previous car wash experience is NOT required. We will teach you our products, memberships, sales process, and customer approach. What we cannot teach is effort, attitude, reliability, and the desire to win. Work Environment This is primarily an OUTDOOR position. You must be comfortable working outside and remaining active throughout your shift. This is a fast-paced car wash environment where you will regularly interact with customers, vehicles, coworkers, and management. Compensation $17.50-$21.50 per hour

$19.00 - $23.50 per hour
