We are seeking a knowledgeable, friendly, and detail-oriented Firearm Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you won't just be selling products—you will be building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and helping customers make informed, safe, and confident purchasing decisions. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Consultation:

Greet all incoming customers warmly and provide an inviting, educational retail experience. Actively listen to customer needs and offer tailored recommendations based on their experience level and specific preferences. Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone with clarity, patience, and professionalism.

Product Knowledge & Expertise:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge across our inventory, including firearms, optics, accessories, suppressors, and related gear. Explain features, benefits, and compatibility of various products clearly to both novice and experienced shooters.

Customer Retention & Relationship Building:

Build lasting rapport with repeat customers, ensuring they feel valued every time they visit. Follow up on custom requests, special orders, and incoming transfers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Operations & Compliance:

Maintain strict adherence to all local, state, and federal (ATF) firearms compliance and regulations. Assist with inventory intake, stock organization, showroom displays, and maintaining a clean, safe sales floor.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.

Firearms & Gear Familiarity:

Strong working knowledge of firearms, optics, and accessories.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; able to make every customer feel comfortable and respected regardless of their experience level. Attention to
