Our client is expanding its residential energy campaign throughout North and Northwest Houston and is hiring a Retail Sales & Promotions Associate in the Spring market. You'll work inside established retail and promotional locations, representing residential energy services, creating awareness around available programs and helping interested individuals understand their options. This is a full-time position combining retail sales, promotional marketing, lead generation, brand representation and account acquisition . No previous energy experience is required. Paid training is provided. What You'll Be Doing Your day will be active and highly people-focused.

You'll:

Represent residential energy campaigns inside established retail locations Engage shoppers face-to-face and confidently start conversations Create awareness around available services and programs Ask questions to understand individual household needs Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities Present relevant programs, services and promotions Explain features, benefits, pricing and enrollment information Help interested individuals compare available options Support new account acquisition and enrollment Assist with retail promotions and campaign presentation Build relationships with retail partner teams Maintain current campaign and industry knowledge Track individual sales activity and results Work toward individual and team performance goals Participate in ongoing sales, communication and professional-development training Who We're Looking For We're much more interested in your communication skills, drive and personality than whether you've worked in energy before. Work Location This position is being advertised in Spring, TX to reach candidates throughout the North Houston market. The position supports our client's Jersey Village-area office and retail campaign locations , so candidates must be comfortable commuting throughout Northwest Houston. This is a full-time, in-person retail and promotional sales position . It is not remote, work-from-home, door-to-door or call-center sales.
