We're hiring a Full Time Crew Member to join our team at NFS Solutions! In this role, you'll be the face of our team, helping customers navigate products and services, answering questions, and creating a positive experience during every interaction. No previous experience is required, as we provide full training to help you build confidence and develop valuable customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities:

Create a welcoming and professional experience for every customer Learn and communicate product and service offerings clearly and accurately Educate customers on available products and services Process customer requests while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Work alongside the sales team to achieve daily and weekly goals Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Qualifications/Preferred Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable and able to work well in a team-oriented environment Comfortable interacting directly with customers in a fast-paced setting Authorized to work in the
