About Locker 42 Since 2008, Locker 42 has proudly provided Aggie fans with the best selection of Utah State University merchandise, apparel, and gifts. We are passionate about creating an outstanding customer experience while helping fans show their Aggie pride. Position Summary The Store Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operations of Locker 42 by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive shopping environment. This role focuses on engaging with fans, assisting with merchandise selection, processing transactions, and ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked and organized. The ideal candidate is a team player who is passionate about Utah State University and dedicated to helping every customer show their Aggie pride. Key Responsibilities Deliver and model exceptional customer service standards. Create a welcoming, engaging shopping experience for every customer. Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve store performance. Support promotional initiatives and drive growth in both in-store and online. Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, signage, and visual merchandising standards. Ensure store safety, organization, and adherence to company policies. Maintain attractive merchandise displays that align with brand standards and seasonal promotions. Qualifications Required Skills & Abilities Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficiency with computers and retail technology systems. Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately. Passion for Aggie athletics, merchandise, fashion, and retail trends. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry merchandise throughout the store. Ability to lift and stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds. Ability to safely use ladders, step stools, and elevated platforms as needed. Ability to work in a retail environment for extended periods of time. Compensation & Schedule This is a part-time position (12•22 hours/week) with flexible scheduling to support business needs. Must be available for Home Games on Fridays and Saturdays during Football season.
