Key emphasis is on customer service and gift shop product knowledge, followed by assisting in visual displays/merchandising for the store. Will also assist in the receiving and pricing of merchandise, help stock and maintain inventory, as well as maintain an organized and clean sales floor. People Reports to SRG Creative Director on a daily basis to prioritize and complete weekly directives within the department. Work productively with the Customer Service team and takes initiative to work with others towards a common collaborative goal. Be flexible and do what is needed to accomplish the goals of the company. Attendance and timeliness to work is imperative. Attend all scheduled work meetings Must be willing to work weekends and holidays Knowledge, skills and abilities 2 to 3 years retail and or merchandising experience preferred Natural leader with a positive attitude Must have strong self-starting motivation Must be physically fit and able to comfortably lift 40lbs Has outstanding customer service skills An ability to multitask, especially during busy times Must be organized and dependable Great communication skills Excellent team skills Must work well in a team Responsibilities Greeting and assisting customers Straightening and maintaining a clean and inviting gift shop environment Provide a high level of individualized customer service. Exceed customer expectations by building genuine, long lasting relationships with our guests through personalized attention. Have knowledge of and share with customers all in store events. Assisting with inventory needs such as tagging, receiving, and merchandising of goods Assisting our Store Team Lead and Front Desk Associates in order to maintain the highest level of service standards. Possess effective and positive communication skills. Working with other team members to complete tasks as needed.
