AT&T Sales Associate

AMG Acquisitions is expanding its team in Utah! We are seeking motivated, results-driven individuals to join us as Full-Time AT&T Wireless Sales Agents. This is a high-impact, face-to-face sales role where you will be the direct link between industry-leading telecommunications and our local community.

What You'll Do As Our AT&T Wireless Sales Agent:

Engage in face-to-face sales on a full-time basis, effectively communicating wireless product benefits and utilizing closing tactics to meet daily in-person sales targets Consult with customers to understand their communication needs and lifestyle, identifying the best AT&T products and services to meet those requirements. Become an expert on AT&T's latest cellular devices, rate plans, and accessory offerings, effectively communicating features and benefits to customers. Drive sales by presenting and demonstrating AT&T's solutions, confidently closing sales, and processing new activations, upgrades, and add-on services. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals, sharing best practices and contributing to a supportive and energetic work environment. Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and sales reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

AT&T Sales Associate Qualifications:

Experience in a cellular sales environment, retail, hospitality, or an equivalent and relevant industry is highly preferred. Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of customers. A strong desire to learn and excel in a performance-driven sales environment. Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. A genuine interest in technology, including smartphones, tablets, and other wireless products. The ability to think on your feet, handle customer inquiries and objections with professionalism, and find creative solutions. A professional and positive demeanor with a strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and reliability. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, contributing positively to a collaborative culture. A proactive attitude and a willingness to embrace ongoing training and professional development.
