Weekly Job Overview Stanley Partnerships is seeking motivated and personable Retail Sales Trainees to join our team and provide retail sales support at Costco Wholesale locations in the Salt Lake City area. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people and are interested in developing their retail sales and customer service skills. You'll interact directly with customers, answer questions, explain our clients' water distribution and filtration products and services, identify customer needs, and close sales. No previous sales experience is required. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided. Key Responsibilities Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner. Learn and communicate accurate information about available products and services. Ask questions and listen carefully to understand customer needs. Recommend products and services based on customer needs and preferences. Assist customers throughout the retail sales process and close sales. Follow established retail sales procedures, company policies, and compliance requirements. Deliver a positive and professional customer experience. Work effectively with team members and retail partners. Participate in paid training, coaching, and professional development. Represent Stanley Partnerships and our clients professionally at all times. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be at least 18 years old. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Dependable, punctual, and motivated to achieve goals. Comfortable speaking with customers in a busy retail environment. Reliable transportation. Willingness to learn and follow established procedures and training. Previous retail sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
