Job Description
Family owned and operated pet retail store is looking for Part Time Retail Sales Associates (~25hrs) to provide excellent customer service in Bristow, VA. We are looking for passionate dog and cat lovers who are looking to learn and grow with Miss Kibbles. Must be reliable and dependable no experience necessary but willingness to learn is a must. Training will be provided. Flexible schedules available. Responsibilities Greet and direct customers Answer customers' questions about specific products/services Ensure racks are fully stocked Manage returns of merchandise Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay up-to-date with new products/services Hours Monday through Friday 10am to 3pm Skills Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role Understanding of the retail sales process Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures Basic math skills Track record of achieving sales quotas Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Flexibility to work various shifts Great employee discount for dog and cat Hourly rate based on experience starting at $14.00 per hour.
