Chesapeake, VA Job Details Part-time $13 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Maintaining an organized workspace Shelf stocking Quality control Merchandising display arrangement Clean workspace maintenance Entry level Under 1 year Full Job Description Position Summary The person in this role will be required to work directly with Goodwill staff to assist in store appearance and customer satisfaction in retail stores by providing assistance to department managers and associates through the execution of the duties below. Essential Duties (Other duties within the scope of this position may be assigned.) 1. Adheres to uniform dress code. 2. Performs a variety of retail production related tasks to include: sorting and/or hanging textiles, delivers processed items to receiving staff. 3. Pulls, colorizes and organizes clothes sections and wares on the sales floor. 4. Assist donation attendant with receiving donations. 4. Adheres to all company policies. 5. Maintains a clean and orderly work area. 6. Follows quality control guidelines. 9. Maintains workflow. Supervisory Responsibilities The associate in this position does not have any supervisory responsibilities. Education/Experience/Certificates/Security Clearance Must be able to follow written or verbal directions. Previous experience is helpful but not required. Will train. No professional certifications are required for this position. The associate is not required to drive as part of their job duties. Associates in this position will be required to successfully pass a criminal background check and sex offender check. No computer skills are required.
