General Warehouse Laborer Pay:

Approximately 3 Months Opportunity for Permanent Employment We're seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a warehouse improvement project. This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately three months, with the potential for permanent employment for strong performers. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, can maintain a strong pace throughout the day, and take pride in working safely and efficiently. Job Responsibilities Move, sort, stage, and organize warehouse materials Palletize and depalletize products Stretch-wrap and prepare pallets for storage or shipment Apply labels, identification tags, and other warehouse markings Load, unload, and reposition materials manually Use manual pallet jacks and hand dollies to transport materials Assist with warehouse organization and facility improvement projects Assist with the assembly and installation of industrial storage racks under supervision Use basic hand and power tools as directed Perform general warehouse housekeeping, including sweeping and debris removal Follow all site safety procedures and supervisor instructions Qualifications Previous warehouse, material handling, construction, assembly, or general labor experience preferred Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing physical work throughout the shift Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Additional Requirements Comfortable working from ladders and elevated work platforms Comfortable working at heights Comfortable wearing required safety equipment, including a harness when needed Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends as project needs require Preferred Experience The following experience is strongly preferred : Forklift operation Reach truck operation Order picker operation Material handling equipment Warehouse improvement or construction projects Candidates with powered industrial equipment experience may be evaluated and certified on-site before operating equipment. Work Environment Warehouse environment with varying temperatures Physically active role requiring frequent movement throughout the day Steel-toe boots and required PPE must be worn Why Apply?
