Job Description
Glitz & Glamour Boutique is looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Boutique Manager to help support the daily operations of our boutique. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, working with customers, staying organized, and helping lead a team. Responsibilities Assist the Boutique Manager with daily store operations. Help supervise and support boutique employees. Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with styling and purchases. Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Receive, count, organize, tag, and stock merchandise. Help maintain accurate inventory counts. Assist with product pricing, SKUs, barcodes, and merchandise organization. Support Shopify product and inventory updates. Assist with online orders, packing, and order preparation when needed. Help merchandise new arrivals, featured collections, sale items, and displays. Make sure daily assignments and store tasks are completed. Assist with training new employees. Step into a leadership role when the Boutique Manager is unavailable. Communicate customer, inventory, or employee concerns to management. Qualifications Retail, boutique, or customer service experience preferred. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Basic computer and technology skills. Shopify or POS experience is a plus but not required. Interest in fashion, styling, and boutique retail preferred.
