Responsibilities:

• Receive and process packages for courier shipment
• Operate office equipment such as: copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, etc. (on-the-job training will cover these)
• Ability to lift packages up to 40 lbs. on your own.
• Assist customers in a friendly manner with requests and questions in-store and on the phone
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
• Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner
• Keeping store clean and organized at all times for an efficient and professional workplace

Qualifications:

• Ability to maintain a professional appearance
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills are a must
• Preferred high school diploma/GED
• Ability to work well on a team and contribute to a smooth flowing customer service experience for all customers
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Punctuality and accountability when arriving to work
